EDC Las Vegas 2026 - Cosmic Meadows
I collaborated with Fed to create visuals for William Black's set at EDC Las Vegas, built around PRESSURE by ISOxo and Fall In Love Again and Again by Charli xcx.
The sequence begins inside a room environment created by Fed, featuring lyric and typography elements that transition into the visual sequence I created. From there, the piece evolves into a surreal digital world centered around William’s shadow character.
The visuals follow the character as he falls and floats through a cinematic space environment filled with pink and purple nebulae, atmospheric lighting, and reflective distortions. Several shots explore mirrored reflections and fragmented perspectives to create a dreamlike sense of isolation and movement through the digital world. Fed also reworked one of my shots into an abstract kaleidoscopic sequence, pushing the visuals into a more fragmented and distorted state to amplify the intensity of the moment.
A central visual element throughout the sequence is the character’s glowing heart, which became an anchor point for the emotional tone of the edit and tied naturally into the themes of the music.
My focus was building an immersive transition from reality into this surreal environment, using scale, atmosphere, and motion to support the emotional progression of the piece.
